Pedestrian deadly hit by vehicle in Chisinau

A pedestrian was hit by a Volkswagen as he was jaywalking the street. The tragedy happened on Calea Mosilor street in the capital, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the police, the man's identity is being established. He was some 55-60 years of age. If the driver is found guilty he may get sentenced from 3 to 7 years of jail and deprived of the right to drive 4 years.
