As from January 1, 2023, the peasant farmsteads will be registered exclusively by the Public Services Agency, not by the mayor’s offices as it is done now, IPN reports.
The change is stipulated in a bill that was given a second reading by Parliament this week.
The Public Services Agency has a network of over 40 local subdivisions by which it can ensure the provision of high-quality services to applicants, excluding the necessity of registering with the mayor’s office and then presenting the registration to the State Tax Service for being included in the fiscal documents, the Agency noted in a press release.
The regulated framework includes all the phases of the lifecycle of a legal unit: certification of the constitution, reorganization, liquidation, suspension or resumption of operations and modification of constitution documents, inclusion of data into the State Register.
