The vice president of the Democratic Party (PDM) Vladimir Cebotari responded to the Head to the EU Delegation to Moldova Peter Michalko, who said that the Moldovan authorities have all the instruments needed to correct the situation related to the invalidation of the Chisinau local mayoral elections. The Democratic heavyweight advised the European official to suggest the PDM what steps it should take, IPN reports.
“Let’s ask him openly. Tell us, the Democratic Party, Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Moldova, what concretely we should do. Describe the concrete steps that will lead to the correction of the situation related to the invalidation of the local mayoral elections in Chisinau municipality. And we will do so that all the values, rulers, laws are respected. Tell us as we don’t know how to do it. We consider ourselves rather good, but not in this case...”, stated the Democrat.
