The Democratic Party (PDM) showed that it is a serious party that can be trusted by the people. It fulfilled its duties while in power and is ready to further assume responsibility for Moldova’s future, the leader of the Democratic Party Marian Lupu said in a marathon-news conference where the PDM’s ministers presented their accomplishments.

In the news conference held together with ministers Valentina Buliga, Monica Babuc, Andrian Candu, Marcel Raducan, Pavel Filip and Vasile Botnari, the Democratic leader said the team of the PDM came to present the good things they do for Moldova.

“The mandate of the current legislature is coming to an end and we consider it’s normal to speak about what we achieved. Alongside other political partners, we undertook to continue the road to Moldova’s development. These were years of serious work and evident progress in many areas of activity. The accomplishments were possible because the people of Moldova had confidence in us and supported us,” stated Marian Lupu.

During the day, each of the ministers of the PDM will present individual progress reports that can be followed online: at 10:30am - Minister of Economy Andrian Candu; at 11am – Minister of Culture Monica Babuc; at 1pm – ICT Minister Pavel Filip; at 2pm – Minister of Transport and Road Infrastructure Vasile Botnari; at 3pm – Minister of Regional Development and Construction Marcel Raducan, and at 4pm – Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Valentina Buliga.
