PCRM will identify a candidate for presidency after December

The Communist Party (PCRM) may find a candidate for the presidency, but only after December, the party’s leader told a news conference. “We will hold district conferences in December, where there will be elected the delegations to the future congress of the party. The possible candidates will be discussed in that congress,” said Vladimir Voronin, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. Vladimir Voronin also said that the PCRM will never vote for Zinaida Greceanyi for the post of head of state. “We will never support the traitors who left. We do not hold talks with the traitors,” he stated. A month ago, the Communist leader said they consider that Zinaida Grecianyi is the best candidate for the presidency as she is a professional. Things changed after Greceanyi left the Communist parliamentary group, together with Igor Dodon and Veronica Abramchuk.
