The Communists Party (PCRM) proposed two consensus schemes to the Alliance for European Integration (AEI). They center on the fight against the economic crisis and the resolution of the Transnistrian dispute. The former head of state, the Communist leader Vladimir Voronin spoke about their proposals at a news conference on Tuesday, Info-Prim Neo reports. One of the basic principles of the PCRM is to keep the growth rate of the salaries, increase the pensions and allowances for the disabled and deprived families, Voronin said. Speaking about the Transnistrian conflict, the leader of the PCRM reiterated their intention to grant Transnistria the status of republic as part of the Republic of Moldova. “If we renounces the status of neutrality, we will cause separatism in the country,” Moldova's third president said. Vladimir Voronin also said that the two consensus schemes will be submitted to the Parliament for consideration.
