The Communists Party (PCRM) submitted a challenge to the Central Election Commission (CEC), saying a number of mistakes were made by the electoral bodies, including of the Commission, on the election day, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the PCRM. The communique says while performing a parallel vote counting, the PCRM identified a number of dissimilarities in the voting reports drawn up by the electoral offices of the polling places, which is a proof of vote rigging. The party says the figures do not correspond, the calculation formula is not observed, the number of the stamp is different from the number of the poling places. “The PCRM has not yet processed all the voting reports, but already identified about 200 falsified reports,” it is said in the communique. “These irregularities definitely affected the election outcome. As Under Article 61 of the Election Code, the Central Election Commission is responsible for determining the final results of the elections, it should remove all the identified falsifications so that the outcome is accurate and credible,” the PCRM said. The PCRM also demands that the CEC compare the the additional voter lists and the main rolls so as to exclude all the cases of multiple voting, allow it to examine the additional lists itself, verify the voting certificates to see if their number corresponds to the number of persons included in additional lists, check the ballots declared invalid in the presence of representatives of the election runners, declare the votes cast on A4 sheets invalid, recount the votes cast for the PCRM and PLDM, and send the proofs of the committed irregularities to the Ministry of the Interior and the Prosecutor General's Office.
