This is because "all PDM candidates are valuable people, good administrators, professionals, they know the problems of the people and, unlike others, they know the solutions to these problems". According to the Democrat, the results of the elections will clearly show what the citizens want." Even though the PDM went through a crisis, it remained united due to its territorial structures and team members respected by the inhabitants." Pavel Filip has also stated that the PDM is "a party of people, with territorial structures in each settlement". "The party has consolidated local teams and good administrators."
According to the Democrat, only the PDM local elected representatives achieved concrete results in every settlement. They have repaired roads, illuminated streets, built aqueducts. The Democratic mayors, with the support of the Government led by him, have built kindergartens, schools, medical centres. They increased pensions and salaries and gave the pensioners 600 lei for Easter and Christmas, said Pavel Filip.
“The PDM is the only party which has demonstrated that it can accomplish concrete tasks. The only party that has a team of professionals and has not betrayed its country. On October 20 we must vote and not surrender the country to those who do not know how to work for people. Choose the actions, not the words. Choose the PDM team”, urged Pavel Filip.
The Democratic Party put forward 650 candidates for mayor office and thousands of candidates for local and district councillor position at the elections on October 20.
