Patent merchants to pay 2,920 lei as annual social contribution

The vendors selling on patent basis will pay a yearly social contribution of 2,920 lei, but not less than 1/12 of this amount monthly. They have to sign respective agreements with the Social Insurances National Corporation. As Info-Prim Neo News Agency reports, the Government approved a modification to the Social Insurance Budget Law for 2008. the Parliament is to enact the modification. Other modifications to the Social Insurance Budget provide that the retired, disabled patent vendors, and other vulnerable groups are exempted from paying the social contributions.
