Parliament is to examine more than 35 bills in this week’s sittings. On December 8, the MPs will listen to reports on the alimentation in kindergartens and schools that will be presented by the administration of the Government, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the National Anticorruption Center and the National Food Safety Agency, IPN reports.
Last week, the parliamentary hearings on the issue didn’t take place as the sitting was closed through lack of a quorum.
In the December 8 sitting, the commission of inquiry into the situation at the Chisinau International Airport will also render a report. The agenda includes the examination of the bills to amend the Law on the Head of State, the Citizenship Law, the Broadcasting Code and the Law on the State Guard and Protection Service, the bill on war graves and commemorative objects and the bill on gaming.
On December 9, the MPs will debate the 2017 draft state budget law, draft state social insurance budget law and draft mandatory health insurance funds law and will decide on the ratification of the agreement between Moldova and NATO on the opening of a NATO Liaison Office in Moldova.
The agenda of the December 9 sitting also includes discussions on a series of changes and supplements to the Law on the Entrepreneur’s Patent, the Law on the Reorganization of Courts of Law and the Law on Public Finances and Budgetary-Fiscal Responsibilities.
