Parliament took a break until Thursday, January 22, 3pm. Such a request was made by the deputy head of the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group Valeriu Strelet, IPN reports.
The break was taken after the lawmakers could not agree the agenda. The Socialists demanded that the agenda should be complemented with a series of matters proposed by them. But the Lib-Dems and the Democrats, who asked convening the sitting, argued that the session is an extraordinary one and its agenda was set beforehand and thus cannot be modified.
After a pause of 30 minutes, the Liberal-Democrats asked for another pause until tomorrow.
