The Parliament and the Government will come together for a joint meeting on February 6. The discussions will involve the chairpersons of the parliamentary commissions and members of the Cabinet. The meeting will be chaired by Speaker of Parliament Andrian Candu and Prime Minister Pavel Filip, IPN reports.
According to the Parliament’s press service, the meeting will assess the level and method of implementing the legislative program for putting the Moldova – EU Association Agreement into practice and will agree the actions for fulfilling the commitments stipulated in the document.
At the same time, the MPs and ministers will decide the measures aimed at synchronizing the agendas of the Parliament and the Government and will set the priorities for 2018. After the meeting, Andrian Candu and Pavel Filip will hold a press briefing.
