The MPs accepted the resignation tendered by Anatolie Zagorodnîi from the post of adviser on dispute resolution – director general of the Nation Dispute Settlement Agency, IPN reports.
Anatolie Zagorodnîi handed over his resignation on September 10. The reason for the resignation is not specified in the application.
Since 2005, Anatolie Zagorodnîi served as an MP on behalf of the Party of Communists. In 2015, he left the parry, while in 2017 he joined the Democratic Party. He was named adviser on dispute resolution – director general of the Nation Dispute Settlement Agency by Parliament Decision on February 7, 2019. Zagorodnîi was removed by Parliament on July 5, 2019, but was restored by court decision.
