The Inspectorate for Minors identified the parents of the boy who got lost in Chisinau’s Telecentru district. Eduard Bumbu’s parents are from Hancesti. The child’s parents did not appear even after the case was widely reported, Adrian Jovmir said. The child was found at the intersection of the streets Docuceaev and Gheorghe Asachi on June 18.
