Painter Gheorghe Lisita's expo at MolDeco

A personal exhibition of the fine artist Gheorghe Lisita is hosted by the MolDeco art gallery, starting from Thursday, December 11. The exhibition includes some 50 works created during the last years. The inauguration is the artist’s chance to express his fondness of classic artists, who have imparted their artistic concept on the evolution of the fine artss. “Lacking the basis set by great painters, the artist gets lost on his way. His explanations are useless. For example, in Western art galleries, you feel awful when you see how much the last generation technology has affected the painting. Yes, all is full of light, only the inside light misses.” Gheorghe Lisita said, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. According to the art lover, Iacob Tihman, the general director of Vitanta, Lisita is remarkable through his joy and color, he is surprising, even in his serious works. “In general, the Basarabians have a genetic mood for culture, especially for the act of creating. The art problem in Moldova is the PR and financing. If the athletes have various kinds of profile institutions and sports events which place them into the attention of the public, we cannot say the same about painting. As to Lisita, I only say the following: Future belongs to the young people of his size,” Iacob Tihman added. The exhibition will be opened daily, during two weeks, between 9.00-18.00.
