The owners of 690 Chisinau apartments that have debts for heat have one month at their disposal to clear the debts. Otherwise, they will be sued. In a communiqué, SA “Termocom” says the bad payers were visited by employees of the public utility last week, IPN reports.
According to the heat supplier, only 230 of the 690 apartment owners with debts for heat agreed on debt rescheduling timetables, pledging to pay the debts in monthly installments. Of the 230 apartments, 140 have debts of 3,000 to 5,000 lei, 66 apartments – of 5,000 to 10,000 lei, while 24 apartments – of over 10,000 lei.
The bailiff ordered sequestrating a vehicle from a bad payer from Ciocana district, who has a debt of over 13,000 lei for heat. The car owner can settle the debt within seven days or will remain without the vehicle.
The administration of SA “Termocom” reminds that the debts and bills can be paid at bank branches and post offices, through Internet Banking systems and at the commercial center of SA Termocom situated at 6 Tudor Vladimirescu St.
