Overnight snowfall causes power outages in parts of Moldova

The snowfall last night has left a number of localities in the district of Anenii-Noi and the Gagauz Autonomy without power supply. Repair works are underway and power supply is due to be resumed in those localities by the end of the day, Dorina Cruc, spokesperson for the Emergencies Service, has told Info-Prim Neo. Over the past 24 hours there were registered five fires, without victims and considerable damage to property.
