More than 450 firefighters and rescuers from the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU), on 160 vehicles, will be on duty on the night of Easter to prevent and fight fires and other hazards.
The IGSU urges the public to use candles with maximum caution, meaning they must be placed in specially arranged places. Adults are urged to supervise their minors and make sure they don’t play with open fire.
Administrators of places of worship are cautioned to avoid overloading the grid, avoid overcrowding and keep emergency exit routes clear.
People coming to the church by car are warned to park them in appropriate places. In the event of a hazard, access routes for the prompt intervention of emergency services must remain unobstructed.
