Orphan first-graders receive by 3,000 lei

Twelve orphan children from the municipality of Chisinau who will go to school in the first grade this year received by a bell, a box of chocolate and 3,000 lei in financial assistance from the Children's Rights Protection Division, Info-Prim Neo reports. Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Vadim Pistrinciuc told the children that September 1 is a new start for them and urged them to make many new friends at school. The children thanked for the presents and recited poems. Eugen Bargan, who is a first grader, promised he will have only good grades. The money has been allocated from the municipal population support fund.
