The candidate for the post of Prime Minister Zinaida Greceanii Tuesday presented the new government program to the MPs for examination. Asked by Info-Prim Neo, the MPs from the Opposition said that the new program does not differ much from the previous program titled “Progress and Integration”, which was adopted on May 31, 2008. The program and nominal composition of the new council of ministers is to be approved by the Parliament on Wednesday. June 10. Vlad Filat, leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM), said that the program contains statements, but no concrete measures. “The document doe not stipulate the anti-crisis measures about which Vladimir Voronin spoke. It contains accusations against “the internal enemies that organized the April 7 events”. It is real prose,” Filat said. Serafim Urecheanu, president of the Our Moldova Alliance, said that the new government program is a statement in agony. “It is not a program of a government that assumes certain responsibilities, especially at economic level. It is a Bolshevik-type manifesto that arouses apprehension and shows total incompetence,” Urecheanu considers. According to the AMN leader, the new program centers on the problem of Moldova’s disappearance from the map of the world following the April events. “The preconditions for Moldova’s disappearance appeared during the last eight years of Communist government. They were not created on April 7. “It is a pre-electoral statement, not a plan of action,” the AMN leader stressed. Zinaida Greceanii was appointed as Prime Minister by presidential decree on June 3. Under the Constitution, the Parliament confirms the Government by at least 52 votes of the 101.
