One third of soldiers celebrate Easter at home

About 30% of soldiers of the National Army will celebrate Easter holidays at home, according to Ministry of Defense.
According to lieutenant-colonel Eduard Stahi, of Staff Department of General Staff, the possibility to spend Easter holidays at home were given to soldiers who got showed exemplary behavior during their service and complied with their obligations.
Stahi highlighted that on Easter holidays in the units of National Army will be organized different activities with educative and spiritual character involving soldiers, who will participate at messes in churches placed near military bases. Military units will be also visited by priests, every soldier getting traditional Easter eggs and cakes.
A week after Easter, on another Orthodox holiday, other 30% of soldiers will benefit of vacations.
