One of the visitors of the specialized market of real estate assets could become the owner of a plot in Chisinau

One of the visitors of the „Imobil-Moldova 2006” exhibition will become the owner of a plot for a cottage. The prize will be offered by the „Metru Patrat” company, as part of a lottery organized on October 15 at the “Moldexpo” International Exhibition Centre. The exhibition specialized in real estate, „Imobil-Moldova 2006”, inaugurated on Thursday, October 12 represents an innovation for Moldova. Before there existed only thematic sections as part of construction exhibitions, Olesea Komisarov, the manager of the exhibition told Info-Prim Neo. 40 specialized companies are present at the forum, representing both public and private sectors, companies that form the infrastructure of the real estate market. They represent different domains: primary and secondary locative market, commercial real estate assets, country houses, elite buildings, real estate assets localized abroad, construction plots, investment projects, administration of real estate assets, mortgage crediting, financial services for population, real estate evaluations and consulting, legal consultations, insurance services as well as specialized media editions. The organizers will also run specialized seminars and round table meetings. The visitors can obtain detailed consultations concerning the registration and privatization of real estate, the new tax system. They can also acknowledge the services of those about 100 real estate agencies from the R. of Moldova, as well as the market price list in the domain. Other participants of the forum are representatives of the Agency of Land Relations and Cadastre, Institute of Geodesy, technical and cadastre prospecting “Ingeocad”, Chisinau Municipal Agency of Mortgage “AMIC”, as well as economic agents from the construction and real estate transaction’s spheres. The manager of the exhibition also declared that it will certainly have continuity, though the modality and the periodicity of organization will be established together with the participants since the exhibition is a premiere. Thus the forum will by improved and accorded to the necessities of the participants and visitors. On October 2, the first day of activity, nearly 1000 persons visited the exhibition, and it is expected that during the weekend the number will solidly increase. The specialized exhibition „Imobil-Moldova 2006” will function till October 15, in the pavilion no. 2 of the IEC „Moldexpo”.
