One company to build houses for Nemteni and Cotul Morii flood victims

Only one company will construct houses with two and three rooms in the flood-stricken villages of Hancesti district. The company was selected at a contest held by the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Ministry. Thus, the 560 houses in Cotul Morii and Nemteni villages will be built by the Chisinau-based VICONS SErvice SRL. This company was the only one that met the conditions concerning the price, length and quality of the construction works. Forty-nine companies bought the documents required for the tender contest, but only 18 submitted their offers. The bids of several companies were rejected as they were presented with delay.
