Olimpus-85-USEFS beaten in Cup Winners’ Cup

Moldova’s handball champion Olimpus-85-USEFS Chisinau was defeated by Macedonia’s HC Metalurg Skopje 39-19 in the first match of the third preliminary round of the Cup Winners’ Cup, Info-Prim Neo reports. The return match will be played also in Macedonia on Sunday, November 15. Olimpus-85-USEFS is the only Moldovan team competing in the European handball championships this year.
