October 14 declared nonworking day for budgetary institutions

Under an ordinance made by Prime Minister Vlad Filat, October 14 was declared a nonworking day for the budgetary institutions working in Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports. The ordinance says the managers will be allowed to summon the employees of apparatuses of the central public administration to work on October 14 by order only in emergencies deriving from the necessity of operatively managing the area of activity. On October 14, it is celebrated Chisinau’s Day.
