Political analyst Oazu Nantoi said Moldova’s statehood entered a process of evident degradation when the rulers betrayed the voters who supported the European course. This betrayal accelerated the exodus of those who do not accept the suffocating realities in Moldova and, consequently, the number of those who need the Republic of Moldova as a democratic state with the rule of law decreases daily.

“The country where persons like Dodon are voted is doomed,” Oazu Nantoi stated when he was asked by IPN to enumerate the most relevant events or actions that strengthened or, on the contrary, weakened the values of democracy, independence and the rule of law after the previous anniversary of Moldova’s independence.

“If the citizens of the Republic of Moldova do not oppose, when the EU, the U.S. or NATO will not have interests related to this territory without citizens, the country will witness international isolation and “reopening” to the “Eastern radiance”. As to the rest, I hope the people will be satisfied with the August 27 concerts paid by Plahotniuc, Dodon and Shor,” said Oazu Nantoi.

According to the analyst, the Republic of Moldova is vertiginously turning into a territory where the “principles and values” of the underworld prevail on both sides of the Nistru River.
