The mobile phone users can now receive notices about the violations of traffic rules by the mobile e-Traffic application that was introduced on a trial basis by the e-Governance Center in partnership with the Ministry of the Interior, IPN reports.

According to the e-Governance Center, the e-Traffic application can be downloaded and used freely. At the first stage, the application will be available for Android by using Google Play. Soon the application will be also available for iOS users.

The application will inform the users about the number of internal files compiled by the police, the violated Article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, details of the violation, place where it was committed, penalty points, and the minimum and maximum applicable fine. The next version of the application will also allow users to pay fines by means of MPay from their mobile phones by using bank cards.

By downloading and/or using the e-Traffic application, users accept to receive notices from the Common Traffic Monitoring and Control Center of the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of the Interior. The service will send notices only after the users subscribe or they will be unable to view the violations committed before subscription to the application.
