Citizens can receive assistance related to the organization of elections at the Call Center. From October 19-21 and November 2-4 (in the case of the second round), the operating hours will be extended to 24 hours a day. The toll-free number is: (+373) 22 880101.

The Call Center can be reached at regular rates from both landline and mobile phones from any locality in the Republic of Moldova.

Voters can obtain information regarding the voting procedure, the documents required for voting, their assigned polling stations, where and how to declare their place of residence, and how to obtain a voting certificate.

It is important to note that no complaints can be submitted through the Call Center.

Additionally, the operators at the Call Center provide necessary assistance to those responsible for managing the electoral lists within local public authorities, as well as to members of lower electoral bodies, to ensure the uniform application of procedures for managing and updating the State Register of Voters.

The Call Center was launched on September 3 and will operate until November 5, in case the second round of the presidential elections takes place.
