The National Public Broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova” confirmed that Rafael Bobeica will compete in Junior Eurovision Song Contest.  The confirmation was made after the Supervisory Board last week ordered immediately creating a special commission for additionally verifying the national pre-selection procedure. The decision was taken after the Board received a number of applications challenging the results of the contest.

Supervisory Board head Aurelia Peru Balan has told IPN that no serious deviations and violations of the regulations were identified.

Rafael Bobeica will represent Moldova at the contest with the song “How we should be”. The jury awarded him a maximum of 62 points in the national preselection.

Eurovision Junior will be held in Kiev on November 30. Moldova will take part for the fourth time.
