October 31 is the deadline by which contributions to the state social insurance budget can be paid from agriculture without penalties for overdue payment. The information was communicated by the National Social Insurance House (CNAS) and is intended for those that didn’t fully pay the state social insurance contributions calculated for 2013, IPN reports.
Under the 2013 State Social Insurance Budget Law, the penalty for overdue payment of contributions for 2013 for employers from agriculture, regardless of the type of ownership and legal organizational form, will be imposed starting with November 1.
The CNAS informed that the penalty for the non-payment of the mandatory state social insurance contributions is 0.1% of the debt for every overdue day, including the day when the debt is paid.
