Eleven candidates are officially running for Bălți mayor as the local electoral body today registered the final contender: Vladimir Dachi, of the political party Noi, IPN reports.
This means the candidates, nine men and two women, can officially start their campaigns for the election to be held on November 21. This is the complete list:

Earlier, the local electoral body rejected the applications of Mihai Rizea (Noi) and of Arina Spătaru, a former Dignity and Truth member who intended to run as an independent.
