Nicolae Timofti to attend UN General Assembly session

Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti will participate in the 67th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York during September 24-26, the President's Office said in a press release. The Moldovan President will deliver a speech during the session to share Moldova's position on the most important issues on the global agenda and highlight the challenges faced by our country, including the need to settle the Transnistrian conflict. Nicolae Timofti will also hold several bilateral meetings on the margins of the session, one of which will be with Lithuania's President Dalia Grybauskaite.
