Deputy Minister of Justice Nicolae Esanu was appointed as the Government’s representative in Parliament and at the Constitutional Court, IPN reports.
By the same decision, Deputy Minister of Justice Vladimir Crosu was named as a substitute representative of the Government in Parliament, while Deputy Minister of Justice Sabina Cerbu as a substitute representative of the Government at the Constitutional Court.
Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim said the designation of the Government’s representative in Parliament and at the Constitutional Court represents an important step towards ensuring good relations between the executive and the two institutions.
