Nicolae Esanu was appropriated as deputy minister of justice by a Government decision on July 17. Esanu had held this post earlier too, under the Communist rule. In the recent past, he worked as a lawyer, law university lecturer, and a member of the Venice Commission on behalf Moldova, IPN reports.
By other decisions, Svetlana Cotelea and Mihai Ciocanu were named as deputy ministers of health. Cotelea will also serve as state sanitary doctor. Octavian Grama was dismissed from the post of state sanitary doctor and will continue to work as deputy minister of health, but will have other responsibilities.
Also on July 17, the Cabinet named Moldova’s former consul in Germany Dragos Hancu as deputy minister of youth and sport.
Vasile Dragomir was discharged from the post of deputy minister of the interior. The Government also approved the draft presidential decree on his dismissal from the post of Carabineer Troops commander.
