Former Zimbru goalkeeper Nicolae Calancea made his debut in the championship of Romania. His team Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt drew 1-1 with Universitatea Cluj at home on February 24, IPN reports.

The hosts have led since the 27th minute after Constantinescu scored a goal, but Bucsa tied in the 64th minute. The Moldovan goalkeeper played throughout the match, leaving Serbian goalkeeper Bojan Jovic in the reserve. Ceahlaul has 28 points and ranks eighth in the championship of Romania.

Nicolae Calancea has transferred to Ceahlaul this winter. National youth team fullback Ivan Prodan also plays in the Romanian championship. He signed with FC Clinceni.
