A new trolleybus line will be set up on Columna St of Chisinau. This will unite Gavril Bănulescu-Bodoni St with V. Alecsandri St, IPN reports.
Deputy mayor Victor Chironda, in the ordinary meeting of officials of Chisinau services, said the project to build the given line was remitted to the Municipal Design Institute “Chișinăuproiect” for making changes to update he workload. The changes are to be made this week and the tender contest could be announced later.
Victor Chironda has told IPN that the lines are interconnected where it is possible so as to institute routes with new itineraries or to divert the trolleybuses when streets are blocked.
