The main artery of Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, will continue to be closed this weekend. Between October 22, 5am, and October 24, 5am, the section of Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd between the streets Mihai Viteazul and Mitropolit Petru Movila will be inaccessible to traffic in connection with road infrastructure rehabilitation works, IPN reports.
According to the Chisinau City Hall, the public transport in the period will run on modified routes. The works to rehabilitate the central boulevard in the perimeter of Mihai Viteazul St and “Dimitrie Cantemir” Market are continued during October 19 and 22.
Drivers who cross the area are urged to obey the road signs placed there on a temporary basis.
