The vehicle registration service intended for foreign citizens living in the Transnistrian region, with the issuing of a certificate confirming the state identification number (IDNO) in the state information resources, became available today at the vehicle registration units in Tiraspol and Râbnița, IPN reports.
The same vehicle registration units as from November 10 will issue neutral-design registration certificate during shorter periods of time, of three and five workdays, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has said.
It noted that these services are aimed at increasing the number of served applicants and at stimulating the process of obtaining neutral-design license plates.
