By a decision of the Government, Vladislav Kulminschi was appointed as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, IPN reports.
Vladislav Kulminschi has a background in the field of strategic planning, international relations, conflict settlement, he worked as consultant at the World Bank and UNDP.
