The Government approved a new nomenclature of areas of professional formation of specialists for the professional post-secondary vocational education. The document lays down the criteria for reaching the professional qualification level and is designed to ensure the labor market of Moldova is provided with qualified specialists, IPN reports.
The monoculture was structured according to the International Standard Classification of Education and Professional Formation (ISCED-F2013). It covers 125 specialties divided into nine general areas and includes 21 education areas and 49 professional formation areas.
The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
