New details about girl found dead in Nisporeni forest

Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, mayor of Balanesti Grigore Partac said that he does not know details about this case. The deputy commissioner of Nisporeni Sergiu Andronache said that no person has been yet arrested in this case. He refused to say if they have suspects, saying the investigation is secret. The 17-year-old girl was found with her throat cut in a forest between the villages Poruceni and Bolduresti on January 24.There were cigarette burns on her body. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the girl went to see her sister who lives in a neighboring village and went through the forest. A criminal case was started over murder, which is punished with 8 to 15 years in jail.
