Igor Talmazan was named deputy minister of environment by a Government decision on December 21. Earlier, this worked as head of the State Ecological Inspectorate, IPN reports.
Igor Talmazan is a jurist by profession. He worked as a lawyer and mediator. He is also a specialist in the reformation of the central and local public administration.
