New ambassadors named by presidential decree

Acting President Mihai Ghimpu issued a decree, appointing new ambassadors to posts, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the presidential press service. Igor Bodiu was named Ambassador to Azerbaijan, while Iurie Bodrug Ambassador to Poland. Moldova's Ambassador to Austria Valeriu Chiveri was appointed as Permanent Representative of Moldova to the OSCE and the United Nations Office at Vienna. He will hold three posts simultaneously. By another decree, Tatiana Parvu was named Moldova's Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe.
