The representatives of the PLDM, PDM and of the group of Hadarca didn’t make statements for the press after the meeting where they were to agree the final text of the agreement on the constitution of the parliamentary majority, IPN reports.

The leader of the PLDM Vlad Filat, Prime Minister designate Iurie Leanca and the MPs of the PDM Vlad Plahotniuc, Dumitru Diacov and Valeriu Lazar met in the building of the Ministry of Agriculture at about 10.30. The meeting was also attended by the negotiators of the group of Hadarca. They discussed behind closed doors for about one hour and a half and then left without making statements.

Parliament comes together at 2pm to vote a new Government. In order to be invested, the Leanca Government needs the support of at least 51 MPs of the 101.

Before the negotiations were launched, the PLDM had repeatedly said that the talks would be public.
