In a press release, the Commission said the consumer’s telephone line will work from Monday through Friday, between 08:30am and 5:30pm, and could be accessed from any network at a normal phone charge.
Consumers can inform about situations related to abusive practices and clauses in the insurance contract, unjustified refusal to pay insurance damage, non-observance of the period for paying insurance damage or inappropriate fulfillment of duties by the insurer. The citizens can also call if they have questions about the legislation that regulates insurance or if they want to share their opinions or suggestions about the improvement of financial services.
