National Securities Commission presents “Shareholder’s Guidebook”

The National Securities Commission (NSC) has drawn up the “Shareholder’s Guidebook”. In compliance with a prime minister’s order, the ministries of Local Public Administration and of Informational Development will make the guidebook available in mayoralties and branches of the State Enterprise “Mail Moldova” across the country. Also, the Government recommended all the commercial banks to post up the Shareholder’s Guidebook in their subordinated institutions, and compelled the joint stock companies to inform their shareholders about the provisions of the Guidebook. The Guidebook aims at informing the shareholders about the basic laws settled by the legislation, and at protecting the interests of the investors and the general public.
