The revenues collected by the State Tax Service into the national public budget in the first seven months of this year rose by 18.2% competed with the corresponding period last year to 18.3 billion lei, IPN reports.
According to the State Tax Service, the revenues were by 2.8 billion lei larger than in January-July 2016. The projections of 17.2 billion lei were exceeded by 1.1 billion lei or 6.5%.
The state budget revenues in seven months came to 8 billion lei, which is by 1.6 billion lei more than in the same period of 2016 or an increase of 24%. A sum of 2 billion lei was collected into the local budgets, 4.8% or 91.8 million lei up.
The state social insurance budget revenues in the period totaled 6.3 billion lei, an increase of 17.7% or 948.3 million lei. The revenues of the mandatory health insurance funds added up to about 2 billion lei, 12.5% or 217.8 million lei up.
