A vehicle of the National Patrolling Inspectorate has been involved in a road accident this morning, July 22. Contacted by IPN, the head of the Inspectorate’s press service Diana Fetco said the police car was heading for the scene of a crime and had the siren on.
According to Diana Fetco, the police car was struck by a Volkswagen vehicle at the intersection of the streets Nicolae Dimo and Alecu Russo of Chisinau’s Rascani district.
An investigation is under way.
