National futsal team wins friendly against Romania’s squad

The under-21 futsal squad of Moldova scored a victory and a draw in the friendlies played against the similar team of Romania. Vladimir Vusatyi’s pupils won the first math by 7-2, while the return match on November 6 ended in a 2-2 draw.

In the game won by Moldova, Lilian Bulicanu, Andrei Timpeu and Dionis Ciopa scored by two goals, while goalkeeper Sergiu Burduja scored the seventh goal. Dionis Ciopa also scored in the second game, alongside Constantin Sandu.

Both of the matches were played at the Alexia Sports Complex in Chisinau. The coach of the national futsal team Vladimir Vusatyi is also the coach of Academia Chisinau, which ranks ninth in the National Division.
