The national futsal team of Moldova didn’t manage to beat again the squad of Turkey. The second friendly ended by 4-1 in favor of the hosts, IPN reports.

The opponents recovered swiftly after the goal scored by Oleg Hilotii. The first match played in Yalova ended by 5-2 in favor of Moldova.

Coach Vladimir Vusatyi used the following players in the two games: Nicolae Neagu (FC Torun, Poland), Constantin Burdujel and Andrian Lascu (both of CS United Galati, Romania), Cristian Obada and Sergiu Tacot (both of Autobergamo, Romania), Nicolae Ignat (Balkan Pharmaceuticals), Oleg Chitoroaga, Alexandru Timbalist, Sergiu Nicolaiciuc, Andrei Negara and Leonid Podlesnov (all of FCA D&D Classic Chisinau), Oleg Hiloti, Sergiu Munteanu and Eduard Hoderean (all of Progress Chisinau).

The matches played in Turkey are for Moldova the last preparations for the UEFA European Futsal Championship. In the first qualifying round, Moldova will compete in group B alongside Greece, San Marino and Wales. The games are played in Wales between January 23 and February 1, 2017.
